Welcome! Listed below is what is required to connect utilities. Utilities include Water, Sewer, and Trash.
Apartment, House, and Mobile Home RENTERS
- SIGNED Lease or Rental Agreement
- Drivers License (or other form of ID)
- $100 Utility Deposit
- Completed Service Connection Application
- Completed and Passed Rental Inspection
Mobile Home OWNERS
- Deed or Title
- Drivers License (or other form of ID)
- $100 Utility Deposit
- Completed Service Connection Application
House OWNERS
- Deed or Title
- Drivers License (or other form of ID)

TRASH:
Trash is picked up by Swinger and is included in your monthly bill. Canaan Road Trash Pick-Up is Monday. For ALL OTHER RESIDENTS Trash Pick-Up is Tuesday. Bulk Trash info will be posted here on www.geraldmo.com and our City of Gerald Facebook page.
BILLING PROCEEDURE:
Bills are due on the 15th of each month. If the bill is not paid by the 15th, a $5 Late Fee is applied. If the bill including the late fee is not paid by the 25th, and $25 Disconnect Penalty is applied and a COURTESY Shut Off Notice is given. If the bill and both fees are not paid by the date and time on the Shut Off Notice, water will be shut off until the ammount is paid in full.
Payments can be made in-office, in the 24-Hour Drop Box, via phone, or online.
Auto Pay and Paperless Billing are also available.
